Hootsuite acquired Talkwalker (social listening).
Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) acquired Resource Innovations (energy transition advisory).
Nalka Invest acquired Norstat (data collection platform).
Symphony Technology Group acquired Eka Software Solutions (commodities trade and risk management software) and will merge the company with Quor Group.
Tradeweb acquired Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) (corporate treasury platform) for $785M.
Verdane acquired a majority stake in Corlytics (regulatory intelligence and compliance).

Integrum ESG (ESG data and ratings platform) raised £100K from Industrial Thought.
