  • Valu8 acquired Firmnav (company intelligence).

  • Insurance Quantified acquired Groundspeed Analytics (insurance data solutions).

  • SVB Securities was acquired (pending court approval) by a group led by Jeffrey Leerink and Baupost Group.

Gulp Data Logo

Gulp Data closed a $10M credit facility, with an option to expand up to $25M, to offer fast, dilution-free funding by leveraging the value of data. The fintech helps companies leverage their data as a balance sheet asset to access capital, having completed over 800 data valuations since last May.
